Baja~ Getting the van unstuck in San Evaristo
As you know from our last post, we were stuck up to our axles in mud in the small fishing village of San Evaristo.
We had Lupe, one of the locals and restaurant owner, come help us out with his truck after having not very good luck the night before.
We broke a lot of ropes, tow straps and ratchet straps but with Lupe's truck, half of the village and some good thinking, we managed to get ole Joon out of that mud pit!!

Baja~ Leaving La Paz, Heading to San Evaristo
This post is much better summed up in our video that was made of our travels from La Paz to San Evaristo!
We left one of the biggest cities in Baja to visit a small fishing village, that most people only visit by boat, we were lucky enough to do it by land in the van and meet some of the most incredible people!
But of course it wouldn't be an adventure without some kind of problem!!
Quote of the day...."If you're ever going to get stuck down to your axles, make it in the middle of a village instead of the middle of nowhere!"
