Hey everyone!
Thanks for being so patient and totally not giving up on me, I know it's been a minute since I've posted. The good thing is, when I don't post for a long time it usually means we've been up to something...do I smell trouble or what!? haha That also means tons of good reading is coming your way, woo hoo! So I wanted to let everyone know I haven't forgotten about ya, so don't forget about us.
I also wanted to throw this out there to my computer guru readers (I am also looking into this, but any suggestions are helpful). I have been told that my images are too big and are hard to upload on phones and older computers. Does anyone know how to make the images smaller from computer to blog? I thought the blog did this for me, but I guess it can't do everything I need it to...or it would just be writing my posts for me! haha Like I said, I am also looking into it but if anyone has any super easy ways to do this, it is much appreciated. You can comment on the post or just email me (using the contact button at the top of the page).
Thank you so very much and I'll be posting again reallllllll soon (you might have to read backward to go forward but who said this was gonna be easy!?) hee hee
PEACE
*** Later on ...
I think I may have fixed it. Let me know if you are one of those people, that it is working better for you!
hey guys,i hope y'all are having fun. i finally started a blog.
ReplyDeleteI actually saw that and read your first post. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteI use photobucket most of the time. When you upload the picture to them, it makes it smaller for the web for me by default. Then you just link to url rather than upload from computer.
ReplyDeleteOr you can use something like gimp (free photshop like program) to make a smaller version.
Your pictures look fine on the blog, and when you click, but if you click the third time you can see how large they really are.
I thought your pictures were too small!
ReplyDeletehaha Thanks Cyndi! I think I may have fixed it for everyone...hopefully. So great being able to hug you and enjoy your company. I'm sure we'll meet again somewhere down the road and if not, maybe we'll have to make "plans" to make that happen. Give my love to the pups! Love you
ReplyDeleteI used a plug-in to hopefully make the pictures right for everyone and anyone. Dazar, will you let me know if it's working better for you...thank you again.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are fine...on the blog you have a thumbnail, which is a little guy. When you click it to get a closer look, it loads a massive picture. Its not a big deal, i just have to stick to the little ones when on my crappy 2G phone :0)
ReplyDeleteWell, I don't know about all that high tech stuff with the picture thing, so I just do it the "Old School" way. I put all my pics in "PhotoShop" to tweek the colors and brightness and all, and then I make them 600 Pixels. Hope that helps.
